		NAVAL SHIPBUILDING Naval shipbuilding at shipyard "Yantar" has long lasting traditions. Since 1945 totally 153 naval ships of various classes there had been built at Yantar's slipways including: antisubmarine ships patrol ships large landing ships space communication ships Thanks to their quality, reliability and high combat effectiveness naval products of our shipyard are well known among several generations of naval seamen from all fleets of the former USSR and present Russia as well as from some foreign countries. At present time the shipyard takes great attention to development of naval shipbuilding including export one. Close partnership attitudes are established by the shipyard with the Russian Navy and the Federal Frontier Guard Service of Russia (Russian Coast Guard). "Yantar" is an active participant of many international exhibitions in the sphere of military & technical co-operation.
