Totally there are 110 buildings of various purposes, constructed on rigid foundations. Facilities for Shipbuilding and Ship-repairing productions include two shipbuilding complexes – «Burevestnik» and «Yantar».

• «Yantar» shipbuilding complex consists of covered in berth and open horizontal building berth. The covered in berth has two spans L=108 m each, B=34 m each, two bridge cranes with lifting capacity 50 t each. Open shipbuilding berth consists of two building sites L= 216 m each, 5 gantry cranes with lifting capacity 80 t per crane and two gantry cranes with lifting capacity 30 t each; carrying capacity 90 t/m, launching weight of hulls - 8 thousand tons;
• «Burevestnik» shipbuilding complex consists of three building sites, exactly: 2 sites with length 162 m each and one site of 150 m long, carrying capacity – 30 t/m, launching weight of hulls – up to 2 thousand tons. Complex is equipped by crane equipment with lifting capacity 20 t and 30 t, by two units.
• 2 floating docks: lifting capacity 12000 t (150С x 29m) and 6000 t (131 С x 22,5 m).

The quay is being served by the floating crane with maximum lifting capacity 100 tons. Rearrangement of ships is usually carried out by tugs with power 1200 kW – 2 pcs. The quays with total length 2100 meters are equipped by cranes with lifting capacity 10 and 20 tons in number 8 units. Shipyard «Yantar» has at it’s disposal a Delivery Base for conducting of Sea- and State trials at Baltyisk town, Kaliningrad region, 50 km from the shipyard.
